Ganduje sacks commissioner for mocking Abba Kyari AUTHOR: Faith peter Abdullahi Ganduje, governor of Kano state, has sacked Muazu Magaji, commissioner of works and infrastructure, over his comments on the death of Abba Kyari. On Friday, the presidency announced the death of Kyari, the late chief of staff to President Muhammadu Buhari. He was later buried on Saturday in Abuja according to Islamic rites. In a series of posts on his Facebook page, Magaji was said to have made unpleasant remarks over Kyari’s demise. “Win win … Nigeria is free and Abba Kyari dies in epidemic… The martyrdom of man is perfect!” one of his posts read. In another post, he said: “I am not a hypocrite and I won’t pretend!
