In this article, I will be discussing few lifestyle we engage in which progressively destroys our brain.

Let me start this article by explaining what brain is, The brain is one of the finest and most complicated organs in the body. it's far made of a big mass of nerves tissue this is guarded by the cranium. that's responsible for human perception, cognition, attention, reminiscence, emotion, and action.

Some Of Its Main Functions Include:

1. Eating too much of sugar:
