This practice has been a norm amongst some market women that are into some specific type of trade that after a replacement

 mom sells pepper that's how they put the baby inside the basket of pepper.

 to understand whether knowledge, attitude and practice they imbibe among themselves. the feminine population is
 related to or determined by certain socio-demographic factors.

back to when my mother gave birth ot me she was selling pepper and other food ingredients so eating pepper don't usually hurt me.
